Theme │ Design │ Action │ Review

Financial plans come in many different forms. One form I don’t take with my clients is a form that limits what they can expect from a financial plan.

  • Theme

The theme of the plan will be the main subject; it is what the client is trying to establish. What goal is to be obtained? With first-time clients, this theme will have multiple requests and so those requests must be taken in order as to what is the primary focus.

  • Design

The movable content is the design of a plan. A good plan will always allow for its content to be movable as to answer to different financial conditions not only of the client but also in the economic world. Things change and we need to be able to pivot with these changes.

  • Action

Actions are the action steps needing to occur to be able to implement the plan but also the sub-themes that need to be addressed.

  • Review

The plan is not a computer program that has been fed information and produces a generic report. We review, update and make adjustments as needed for the life of the plan. Our plans are all about individually addressing, educating, and solving needs through annual reviews.
